These terms govern your use of vheny.com and any enquiry, reservation or purchase made through it. By using the site you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Reservations & pricing

Prices are shown in euro and may change with the diamond market. Because two diamonds of the same grade can differ, a precise price is always given for a specific stone. Online card payment is not yet enabled on the site: when you reserve a selection you are sending us an enquiry, and our team completes the purchase with you personally — by secure payment link or in one of our showrooms. A sale is confirmed only once we have accepted your order and arranged payment.

Certification

Our diamonds are certified by recognised laboratories such as GIA and HRD. You are always welcome to verify a certificate directly with the issuing laboratory.

Shipping

Completed orders are shipped free of charge and fully insured. Full details are set out in our shipping policy.

Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us at info@vheny.com to receive authorisation and return instructions. You may return a diamond or piece of jewellery, in its original condition and full packaging, within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price. Shipping costs are not included. For security, please do not write “VHENY” on the outside of the returned parcel; we will give you a specific return address.

This sits alongside our lifetime money-back guarantee, under which we will buy back the diamond itself at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
