VHENY respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use vheny.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Antwerp, Belgium, and we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you well:

• Details you give us — your name, e-mail, telephone and the content of any enquiry, appointment request, newsletter sign-up or reservation you send us.
• Technical data — basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, to keep it fast and secure.

How we use it

When you send an enquiry, reservation or newsletter sign-up, the details are e-mailed to our house inbox in Antwerp so a specialist can respond. We use your information to answer your enquiries, arrange viewings, complete any purchase you ask us to, and — only if you ask — to keep you informed about our stones and journal. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and reservation correspondence for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years for transaction records), after which we delete it. You can ask us to erase your data sooner — see Your rights below.

Sharing

We share data only where it is necessary to serve you — for example with the insured couriers who deliver a purchase — and only to that extent. All partners are bound to protect it.

Cookies & analytics

We use the essential storage needed to make the site work — for example, remembering the items in your bag on your own device. This needs no consent.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. When you first visit we ask whether to allow analytics: we set no analytics cookies unless you accept, your IP address is anonymised, and we use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can decline, or change your mind any time via Cookie preferences in the footer. Our showroom map loads only when you click it, and our fonts are served from our own servers — so neither sends anything to Google before you choose.
