Fancy Orange Diamonds

Pure fancy orange is one of the rarest hues a diamond can take — a warm, glowing colour that shades toward yellow or brown at its edges and, in its purest form, is exceptionally scarce.

VHENY holds a small selection of natural orange and orange-yellow stones, each GIA-certified. Our fancy colours guide sets orange in the wider spectrum.

Frequently asked

How rare are orange diamonds?
Pure fancy orange diamonds are among the rarest of all — the famous 5.54 ct "Pumpkin" orange is one of very few sizeable examples known.
What causes the orange colour?
Orange arises from a specific arrangement of nitrogen in the crystal; when combined with yellow tones it produces the warm orange-yellow hues you will see in the collection.
